Yooralla Media Awards Commendation 2013

Late last year I produced a piece on disability employment in Australia. I was given a commendation for the work, as were three other producers at The Project (Sam Clark, Jasmine Heale & Kate Mellis) for stories on disability.

One of the lovely things about working for The Project has been their commitment to disability issues. Time and again, the team at the Project have produced beautiful, moving, important content about disability in Australia.

It’s that kind of consistent dedication that has led the show to be awarded the Yooralla Media Award of Distinction two years running (2012 & 2013) at the National Disability Awards.
